Terms & Conditions

All reservations at The Beach Morada are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and a written confirmation from us via email.

• A deposit of 50% of the total stay amount is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be settled 72 hours prior to check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of exclusive villa bookings.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to stay@thebeachmorada.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM (IST). Early check-in may be arranged subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (IST). Late check-out beyond 1:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all adult guests at check-in.
• The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Any additional guests not listed at booking must be declared in advance and may be subject to approval and surcharge.

The Beach Morada is a private residence. We ask all guests to treat it with care and respect.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas are available.
• Loud music or disturbances after 11:00 PM are not permitted, in respect of neighbours and the quiet character of the neighbourhood.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
• The use of the private pool is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool. No glass near the pool area.
• Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the booked occupancy require prior written approval. Unauthorised events may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• The villa and its contents must be left in the same condition as found at check-in. Any damage to the property, fixtures, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is collected at check-in (cash or bank transfer). This amount will be returned in full within 48 hours of check-out, provided the villa is left in satisfactory condition and no additional charges apply.

The Beach Morada reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover the cost of any damage, excessive cleaning, or unpaid charges incurred during the stay.

The Beach Morada and its management shall not be held liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during the stay.
• Injury, illness, or accidents occurring on the premises, including the pool and beach access area.
• Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or natural events.
• Any issues arising from activities organised through third-party experience partners.

Guests are strongly advised to hold adequate travel and personal insurance prior to arrival. By booking, you acknowledge that all beach and pool activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Curated experiences offered at The Beach Morada — including private chef dinners, yoga sessions, water sports, and transfers — are facilitated through trusted local partners. These services are subject to their own terms and availability.

• Private chef arrangements (₹4,000 for up to 8 hours) must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Airport transfers must be confirmed with flight details no later than 48 hours before arrival.
• All experiences and third-party services are subject to seasonal availability and prevailing conditions. The Beach Morada makes no guarantee of availability for any specific activity.
• The Beach Morada accepts no responsibility for the conduct or quality of third-party service providers.

Personal information collected during the booking process — including name, contact details, and identification — is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and ensuring a seamless stay.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g., chef arrangements, transfers). Guest photographs or testimonials will only be used in marketing with your explicit written consent.

Personal photography for private use is welcome throughout the villa and its grounds. Commercial photography, film shoots, pre-wedding shoots, or any content created for brand or promotional purposes requires prior written approval and may be subject to a location fee.

Guests may not use imagery of The Beach Morada — including its name, interiors, or any identifying features — for commercial or public-facing purposes without written consent from management.

The Beach Morada shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under a booking where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or a credit note, at our discretion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your stay or booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Goa, Goa, India.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication.
